Description: Process Engineer






Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer is responsible for the following:
Manufacturing: Support operations and insure fiscal goals are met. Insure that specific programs are completed on schedule. Reduce waste in all manufacturing processes. Become an expert in all internal manufacturing processes. Quality: Continuous monitoring of all processes. Support the Continuous Improvement manufacturing plan.
Equipment: Support engineering in the development of new equipment. Transition new equipment into production line and develop Process Controls that reduce process variability. Personnel: Manage and train technicians and train production employees.
Qualifications:
. in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field. 3 to 7 years of Process Engineering work experience. Skills: Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC); Design of Experiments (DOE); and Six Sigma.
