Description: The Senior Digital Design Engineer will be responsible for hands-on project/product mangement of the company's hardware design and development efforts, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, support efforts to restructure design tools in support of new processes, develop, maintain and track design documents/specifications, and provide regular status and progress reports to program management and senior engineering management.



Requirements include a at least 7 years in the development of sophisticated celllular telephony, computer systems, and/or networking technologies/products; 5 yrs of technical lead responsibility; embedded hardware development; experience in high speed digital design; proficiency in VHDL; EPLD/FPGA design, and micro controller/communications processor design; coding skills and knowledge of testing methods, project estimation and scheduling and project performance metrics.
