Description: Job Code 071137 Title Geotechnical Project Engineer Job Family Eng-Civil Location New York,NY Minimum Experience 5 Description The Geotechnical Project Engineer will be involved in geotechnical evaluations for roadway, transit and bridge projects. Will be responsible for field investigations (test borings, geophysical, etc.), technical evaluation and reports. Other Geotechnical engineering evaluations include retaining walls, landslides and pavement rehabilitation/design. Keyword(s): Geotechnical Requirements Requires a BS degree in Engineering (Masters preferred) and 10(+) years of geotechnical experience. PE is required. Candidate should have previous experience working on geotechnical evaluations for transportation projects. Software: GRLWEAP, LPILE, PCSTABL, GINT and MS Office Applications.
