Job Type: Full-Time Location: Lanham, MD

Job Description: This position in our growing Land Design group offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to highly motivated individuals to work in the land development industry. This position, with growth potential requires: * 5 to 8 years of experience in civil/site design including site planning, layout, grading, drainage, utility, road and parking design for residential, commercial and retail, facilities development. * Proficiency with AutoCAD 2002, Land Desktop, and hydraulic and hydrologic design software. * Experience working and interacting directly with clients, maintaining project budgets and schedules, supervising design staff and marketing new clients. * Working knowledge of site development permitting and regulations such as water, sewer, wetlands, storm water management, highway access. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional license required.
