Job Type: Full-Time Location: Baltimore, MD

Job Description: Water Resources Engineer Immediate opening for Project Engineers in the Baltimore Water Resources Group. The successful candidate should have over 10 years experience, with high competency levels in one or more disciplines including hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, best management practices, floodplain management, design and construction techniques, stream restoration, and GIS / CADD skills. Knowledge of computer programs such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HEC-2, TR-20, etc. is preferred. A Maryland Professional Engineers license (or other state license) is also preferred, as well as mid-Atlantic experience. The positions will provide flexibility for work assignments; schedules; interaction with clients, contractors and construction projects; mentoring and training less experienced staff; the opportunity to grow professionally; and interaction with numerous Dewberry offices on multi-disciplinary projects. The work assignments involve federal, state and local governments, as well as work with the private industry. The top candidates can expect to work independently on some projects and with large teams on other projects. *cb
