Description: A growing company in the Tucson, Arizona area is looking for entry-level and senior-level candidates nationwide that are willing to relocate to the Tucson area. Once again, the positions are in Tucson, Arizona. You will design high power OP amps, PWM amplifiers, reference band gaps, and motor controllers. You will address the complex electrical and thermal management issues inherent within the realm of high power and work in a team environment. A BSEE is required with an MSEE being preferred. Candidates must have at least 4 years or more of experience working with Analog Mixed Signal IC/bipolar design. Experience with high power high voltage 500 volts and above will be a plus. Understanding of thermal management and stability issues is preferred. Experience designing power operational amplifiers, pulse width modulation (PWM) amplifiers, and motor controllers is also preferred.
